Our Dedicated Service and Support Facility ensures a quick response and the efficient and effective return to operation of your environment. A complete range of Services, Mobile Engineer’s or Residential Technician’s, are available to you, the customer, along with a Team of Specialist Sub-contractors.

DANIMAK WEBHELP SYSTEM

We operate an ‘Online’ Service Management System that allows our Clients to Log Reactive Call-outs / Request Maintenance Visits and Quotations. The simple navigation and operation ensures the Client is in control of the desired Response Time and as our Team of Engineer’s all carry PDA’s they get to see exactly what the Client is requesting. The System has proved an excellent tool to enable our Clients to monitor the performance and

ongoing issues across their estate whilst ensuring a controlled / cohesive service.
